White-label licensing

Your brand. Your domain.
Your customers.

Give your clients a private portal with your name on it. They get their documents, approvals and invoices in one secure place; you get a finished product to sell, a new recurring line of revenue, and none of the year of engineering it usually takes to get there.

THE SHORT VERSION

Someone has already built the boring part

Every agency that sells to professional-services clients ends up in the same place. The client wants a private portal, you scope it, and the number comes back at nine months and a team you cannot spare. So the work goes to someone cheaper, or it goes nowhere.

The unglamorous truth is that client portals are mostly solved problems wearing different logos. Tenant isolation, signed file URLs, payment webhooks that cannot be replayed, versioned documents, an audit trail that stands up when somebody disputes what was sent. None of it is a differentiator. All of it takes a year to get right, and it is the part that quietly sinks first-time builds.

So license it instead. You get a platform that has already been through production, dressed entirely in your identity, running on your domain and taking money into your account. What you sell, who you sell it to and what you charge are yours to decide. We are not in the room, and your customers never learn we exist.

100% WHITE-LABEL

Not a theme. A rebrand.

Plenty of platforms call themselves white-label and still put a credit in the footer. Here is exactly what changes.

Your identity, everywhere

Logo, wordmark, favicon, app icons, colour palette and typography applied across every screen a customer will ever see. Not a theme sitting on top of ours, your identity in place of it.

Your domain

The platform runs on a domain you own, portal.yourbrand.com or anything else you choose, with SSL configured. No shared subdomain, no redirect through us.

Email from your address

Invitations, password resets, payment receipts and notifications all send from your domain, with your signature and your reply-to. The inbox never mentions us either.

No attribution, none

There is no "powered by" line, no credit in the footer, no name in the page source, and nothing in the meta tags. To your customers this is a product your company built.

Branded documents and invoices

The invoices, share pages and PDFs your customers receive carry your letterhead and your details, because those are the artefacts that leave the platform and get forwarded.

Your payment account

Payments run through your own gateway account and settle directly to you. We never sit between you and your revenue, and there is no wallet, hold period or payout schedule.

WHO LICENSES IT

Built for people who already have the clients

Digital and design agencies

You keep quoting client-portal builds and losing them on price or timeline. License this instead and put a finished product in the proposal, at a margin a custom build never gives you.

Resellers and integrators

Take a proven platform into a market or a language we do not serve, price it for your region, and keep every rupee, dirham or dollar of it.

Industry consultancies

Architecture, engineering, interiors, legal, accounting: any practice-services business whose clients need documents, approvals and invoices in one private place.

Businesses with a client base

You already have the customers and the credibility. What you do not have is nine months of engineering time, and this is the shortcut that does not feel like one.

BUILD IT OR LICENSE IT

Roadmap risk: you discover the hard parts at month seven

You see the finished product before you sign anything

Your team owns every bug at two in the morning

Twelve months of updates and support included with the licence

HOW IT WORKS

Four steps, then the keys

01

Discovery call

Thirty minutes. You tell us the market and the brand, we give you a live walkthrough of the platform and an honest read on whether it fits.

02

Licence agreement

Scope, territory, branding assets and timeline written down and signed. The fee is payable against the agreement, and the clock starts there.

03

Branding and deployment

We apply your identity across the platform, configure your domain and payment account, and stand it up in your environment for testing.

04

Handover and launch

Training for your team, documentation, and the keys. From that day it is your product, and your customers never hear our name.

TALK TO US

Start with a 30-minute call

Tell us the brand, the market and the customers you already have. We will walk you through the live platform, answer the awkward questions about source code and hosting, and tell you plainly if it is not a fit.

  • A live walkthrough, not a slide deck
  • A written scope and timeline before anything is signed
  • Direct answers on source access, hosting and data residency

GOOD TO KNOW

Licensing questions, answered

The things agencies ask before they get to a contract.

Ask us anything

Every trace of AtelierLab is removed. Your logo, colours and typography across every screen; your domain; transactional email from your address; your branding on invoices and shared documents; your name in the page titles and meta tags. There is no "powered by" credit anywhere in the interface, the emails or the source. Customers have no way of knowing the platform did not originate with you.

$15,000 as a one-time licence fee. That covers the complete platform, your branding applied throughout, deployment on your domain, handover and training, and twelve months of updates and support. There is no revenue share, no per-seat charge and no commission on what your customers pay you. Optional extras such as managed hosting, custom feature work or an additional deployment are quoted separately.

No. You set your own pricing, bill your own customers, and keep everything. Payments run through your own gateway account and settle directly to you, so we are never a party to your cash flow. The licence fee is the only money that moves between us.

Two to three weeks is typical from signed agreement to launch, and the pace usually depends on how quickly your brand assets and domain access arrive rather than on anything at our end. A more complex deployment, or one that needs a payment gateway in a new market, can take longer, and we will tell you that on the discovery call rather than after you sign.

Yes, that is the point of the licence. You decide what to charge, whether to sell it as a subscription, a one-time setup or part of a larger retainer, and which markets to sell into. The commercial model on your side is entirely yours.

Source access is available and is agreed at signing rather than assumed, because it changes the shape of the licence and what support looks like afterwards. Raise it on the discovery call and we will give you a straight answer and a price before anything is drafted.

Usually, yes. The platform is built around clients, documents, approvals and payments, which is a shape that fits far more than architecture. Custom development sits outside the licence fee and is scoped and quoted on its own, so you know exactly what the standard product does before you decide what to add to it.

By default the platform runs on your own infrastructure, which means your customers' data sits with you and never passes through us. If you would rather not run servers, managed hosting is available as an add-on. Either way, ask us about data residency on the call if your market has requirements about where records are kept.

The licence does not expire, so the platform stays yours to run regardless. What renews is the updates and support arrangement, and renewal is optional and priced annually. Plenty of licensees renew, some take the codebase in their own direction instead, and both are fine.
